“We highly recommend Jason! We recently worked with Jason to close on our site in WNC. We had been searching for land and a broker to represent us for nearly a year. We sought out a few candidates, but found it very challenging to find a broker who was both interested in representing us and also qualified to guide us through the raw land purchase process.

In our search, we found one of Jason's social media posts that included a video of his parcels available at Silas Branch. In the video, he provided a narrated description of the drive in, the site layout in reference to a site map, and many other site details, which allowed the viewer to get a very good feel for the parcel as well as the surrounding area. After reviewing hundreds of listings that only included pictures of trees or aerials/drone videos of the tops of trees (with limited reference to site boundaries), it was refreshing to find a broker that actually provided extensive site details for his listings. We were able to really get a feel for his listing even though we weren't able to visit in person.

Initially, we were interested in one of his Silas Branch parcels, however due to the strong marketing he provided, the parcels sold fast.
